Pehlivan jams are composed of fruits, glucose, sugar and citric acid ( E330 ). Pehlivan jams do not contain any artificial ingredients such as colorings, sweeteners or preservers.
The fruits used in Pehlivan jams are frozen via shocking method before being stored.

This is why Pehlivan jams do not lose their nutrition values before reaching the consumer. Pehlivan jams do not lose their taste and quality for at least 2 years following production ate. Pehlivan jams which are packed in glass jars from 380 gr. to 2.5 kg and in tin boxes from 2.5 kg to 24 kg without hand contact have different varieties such as cherry, strawberry, apricot, rose and blackberry.
